Directions to Schools for Athletic Events

APPLETON SCHOOL

Take Rte 90 to Rte 17 to Union. Turn right on Rte 131 just after a gas station / convenience store. Go approximately 4 miles on 131. Turn left at the school sign into the driveway. Softball plays at the Appleton School. Baseball plays at the Lincolnville School (See Lincolnville directions).

BELFAST:
Troy Middle Howard School, 173 Lincolnville Ave. Belfast, 04915 (338-3320) Take Rte. 1 north to Belfast. At the traffic light by Bank of America turn left onto Rte.52. School is on the right (approx. 1/4 mile) past YMCA. All fields are located at the school.

BOOTHBAY:

Go South on Rte.1 toward Wiscasset. A few miles before you get to the Wiscasset Bridge, turn left onto Rte.27 toward Boothbay Center. The School is on the right diagonally across the street from the YMCA. Both Ball fields are at the school. 
To get to the Boothbay Soccer field: after you see Subway and the a gas station, turn right at the stop sign. Soccer field is about 200 yards down on right.

BRISTOL:

Take Rte. 1 South to Business Rte. 1, turn left, go past McDonalds to Rte.130 South (by church). Turn left and go approx. 10 miles. School is on Rte. 130

CAMDEN-ROCKPORT
34 Knowlton St. Camden, 04843 (236-7805) Games played behind the school OR at the High School for X-C & Track. In the gym for basketball and Wrestling. Megunticook Golf Club, Calderwood Ave Rockport for Golf. 
HS directions> take Rte 90 off Rte. 1. School is on Rte 90 on right from North schools about 1 ½ miles off Rte1 and 90 intersection. School on left from South Schools about 2-3 miles off Rte 17 and 90 intersection light.

GREAT SALT BAY COMMUNITY SCHOOL
559 Main Street Damariscotta, 04543(GSB 563-3091) Rte. 1 south to Business Rte. 1, in Damariscotta, turn left (a restaurant is on the left), school is approx. 1/2 mile on the left just before McDonald’s, field is behind the school.
Cross country at Great Salt Bay 
The cross country course in GSB is at the Damariscotta River Association. Directions: Rt. 1 South to the blinking yellow light at the intersection of Belvedre Rd. Take a Right off of Rt. 1 and the DRA is the large farmhouse on the left.

HOPE
34 High Field Hope, 04847 (785-4081) Rte. 90 to Rte. 17 turn right onto Rte. 235, go approx. 1 mile watch for sign for school on the right. HA baseball plays at Lincolnville and softball plays at Appleton (see directions)

JEFFERSON: Jeffeson Village School, 48 Washington Rd, Jefferson, ME 04348. Take  Rte 17th west approximately 14 miles. Take a sharp left onto Route 220 South, about one mile. Trun Right onto Route 126. School will be on the right.   

LINCOLNVILLE
523 Hope Rd, Lincolnville, 04849(763-3366) Rte.52 to Lincolnville Center, turn left on Rte 235 (by petunia pump) school is on the left about ¼ mile and fields are behind the school.

MEDOMAK MIDDLE SCHOOL
Medomak Middle School is located next to the Medomak Valley High School (before the High School). It is on Manktown Road right off Route 1. Take Route 90, turn right onto Route 1 and then a right onto Manktown Road. The school is about a mile maybe on the left on Manktown Road.

NOBLEBORO

Take Rte 1 past Waldoboro toward Damariscotta. Take right off Rte I on Center Street or take right by Reunion Station Diner. School is on that road. SB field is on Rte. 1 just past Fire Station.

OCEANSIDE WEST

Take Rt1 into Thomason. Just before the TD bank, turn right into Booker St. Then take the first right into Valley St. This is the old George’s Valley High School site.
NOTE: Teams from Oceanside West may also play games hosted at Rockland Middle School and Thomaston Grammar. If you have doubt about where they are playing, please ask.

ROCKLAND

Broadway St. to intersection light @ Broadway & Park (by the Fire station). From Broadway go straight, over train tracks. The School is on right ½ mile.

ST. GEORGE
65 Main Street, Tenants Harbor, 04861(372-6312)
To school> Rte 1 to Thomaston turn left at the light by Montpelier. This is Rte. 131 go approximately 9 miles to Tenants Harbor (past Post Office, Hall’s Market, & Library all on left). Turn right onto Watts Avenue (it is almost directly across street from Schoolhouse Bakery) Take an immediate left and follow that street to the back of the school. Softball field is at the Town landing. Go past Hall’s Market and take next left and field is right there. Very limited parking. Park at school if needed. Baseball & soccer field> continue on 131 past entrance of school. There is a sharp left and field is on left after turn.

SEARSPORT

turn left on Mortland Road (second left after Church Street. Penobscot Marine Museum is on Church Street) school is approx. 1/ 8 mile.

S. BRISTOL
2024 State Rte 129 S. Bristol, 04568 (644-8177)
South Rte.1 to Damariscotta take Business Rte.1, turn left to Rte. 129/130 south, follow Rte. 130 veer right on Rte. 129. Travel 7 miles school is on Rte.129 on left.

THOMASTON GRAMMAR SCHOOL
Watts Lane Thomaston (354-6353) Take Rte. 1 (south) to Main Street; turn right at the traffic light then take an immediate left (directly behind Main St. buildings). Take right on Watts Lane, field is behind the school.

WISCASSET

Take Route 1 South to Wiscasset, Cross the Bridge and the tracks and go up the hill through the village to the traffic light that faces the police station.  Take a right at the light onto Gardner Road.  Travel about 1.3 miles and the Middle/High School will be on your left.

WOOLWICH

Rte. 1 south to Wiscasset, continue for six miles on Rte.1 to a blinking light, (Fire Station/Town Hall is on the left) turn right (Nequasset Road), school is on the right. Parking lot entrance third and last driveway on right past school dirt lot for soccer paved for basketball.
