Common Expectations for Remote Learners

• Enter all classes on time.

• Be ready for the class with all needed materials.

• Keep video on at all times. Make sure the teacher can see your face.

• Your background needs to be the room you're in or an appropriate backdrop.

• You should be sitting up and positioned as though you were at your desk in class.

• Focus on the lesson.

• Do not distract with faces or bringing in things that don't belong in class; i.e. your dog.

• Send related questions to the teacher in the chat box that are on topic. It is not to be used to private message friends.

• Stay on "mute" unless teachers says to unmute.
