COURSE/SUBJECT TITLE: Seventh Grade Mathematics
LENGTH OF TIME: Full Year (60/65 minutes every day)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Students in grade 7 begin a two-year electronic-based math program, Glencoe Math. This curriculum develops four mathematical strands: Number & Operation, Geometry & Measurement, Data Analysis & Probability, and Algebra. The primary focus for the seventh grade year is the concept of ratio and proportional reasoning and further developing algebraic reasoning skills.
